Fuel maximiser
The FuelMAX products work over both metal, rubber and plastic lines. (For braided metal lines use the Super FuelMAX.) Some of our dealers have had better fuel reduction results when putting the metal piping around the rubber fuel line. Also, FuelMAX works on both carbureted and fuel injected vehicles, as well as gasoline or diesel engines. Virtually any internal combustion engine can achieve savings up to 27%! Fuels such as gasoline and diesel, which are not efficient fuels, show greater results, as these fuels can be optimized with the FuelMAX Products. Cleaner burn and emissions reductions can be obtained, and many times increased fuel economy.
A very important thing to remember during your testing is the explanation of the stabilization period. In older vehicles, and (those with a lot of use), it has taken considerable time for them to build-up carbon/varnish deposits in the cylinders, and most likely it will take a period of time to clean them out. Fuel injection cars are virtually all self-adjusting. That is why we re-set the computer by disconnecting the battery cable during installation. At the beginning of the period it is possible to experience fuel injectors that partially clog do to the varnish/carbon removal. This should self resolve. Should this last situation be present we do not recommend any adjustments until the engine itself has cleaned the injectors. (You could use some injector cleaner). If the vehicle is a diesel we would recommend changing the oil and air cleaner, of course, you will again have to change the oil after stabilization period.
We suggest that any adjustments to the vehicles be performed by qualified personal. If proper adjustments are not made before installation, the vehicle may, in fact, consume more fuel. Although the FuelMAX starts working immediately, improvements in performance, fuel savings and emissions reduction, should gradually increase as the number of miles/kms are accumulated.
